  Thumbs down for unprofessional behavior and poor service. I waited for over a month for an item that they didn't have in stock in my size to arrive. They said it would take a few weeks and it has been over a month and it's still not here. When I asked for a refund for my 15% deposit, the clerk (owner?) didn't want to give it, pointing to the "no refund" sign behind her head. I insisted and she did refund me the cash, but not without a bad attitude. I always try to do the right thing by buying locally, but if the service is poor, there is really no choice but to spend my $$ elsewhere. I would have gone back if she had been professional, but because she was rude, I won't be back, and I won't recommend the store to my colleagues either.
